Times Square

NASDAQ Building – Times Square
The two videos I created for the NASDAQ billboard in Times Square highlighted very different but equally impactful uses of AI. One focused on environmental protection, showcasing how AI can detect pollution in the rain forest and enable real-time monitoring. The second explored the future of luxury retail, illustrating how AI can assist with purchases of high-end products with greater personalization and efficiency. Both videos were designed to demonstrate the practical and far-reaching capabilities of AI, blending storytelling with technology on one of the most visible stages in the world.

Blender use
For the retail-focused video, I used Blender to simulate the NASDAQ building and create jewel-like objects cascading through a 3D model of its facade. Blender’s physics system handled the motion, and I finished the visuals in After Effects. The result was a high-impact animation that mixed technical precision with design and was featured publicly in New York as part of the “/imagine” campaign.

I built this proof-of-concept using Blender and After Effects to explore how on-screen content could interact with the real world in unexpected ways. The idea was to go beyond a standard video and create something that felt like it was breaking into physical space. It was shared with a 3D agency as a creative reference.
